Teaching Experience : Kay is a Herchel Smith PhD candidate at Queen Mary University of London, researching the intersection of Intellectual Property Law and Scottish Indigenous Cultural Heritage. Kay holds an LLB (Hons), LLM (distinction) and PGCE (Post Compulsory Education) from the University of Wolverhampton and is recognised as a Fellow of Advance HE. Kay has extensive legal teaching experience from the University of Wolverhampton, Birmingham City University and Queen Mary University of London in Business law, intellectual property law and constitutional law. She has vast experience in teaching legal education and skills to a wide variety of students and is passionate about giving students the skills for success! Kay is the Executive Editor of the Queen Mary Law Journal and was recognised as one of the University of Wolverhampton’s Inspirational Women in Law 2020.
