Teaching Experience: Kelsey is an accomplished educator with over a decade of tutoring experience. She has worked with dozens of students across the US in preparing for the UBE, California Bar Exam, Florida Bar Exam, and the LSAT, as well as in law school and graduate-level coursework. She has taught in university environments as both an adjunct professor and lecturer, focusing on international law and human rights. Kelsey began her legal journey with her undergraduate degree at American University, where she majored in International Studies. She then completed her Juris Doctor at Temple University, where she received commendations for Excellence in Trial Advocacy and Outstanding Public Service. While at Temple, she captained the Jessup International Law Moot Court Team and served as Lead Research Editor for the Temple Journal of International and Comparative Law. After law school, Kelsey completed multiple prestigious legal fellowships, including positions at the Philadelphia Volunteers for the Indigent Program and the Siracusa International Institute for Criminal Justice and Human Rights. As a US-licensed attorney, Kelsey worked as a legal advocate for human trafficking victims throughout New Jersey and New York, providing a wide range of services across immigration, criminal, and human rights law. These experiences inspired her PhD project at Trinity College Dublin, which focused on non-consensual marriage practices in US.
