Teaching Experience: Usman possesses over nine years of private law tutoring experience. He completed an LL.M in Corporate Law at University College London (UCL) in 2012-13, and has recently been awarded a distinction in his second Master of Laws, an LL.M in Legal Practice with a research focus on Corporate Governance. Usman has been awarded a distinction in Company Law from the University of London and conducted extensive research in the corporate law field as part of his LL.M Dissertation at UCL for which he has also been awarded a distinction. During his time at UCL he specialised in Legal Aspects of International Finance, International and Commercial Trusts Law, International and Comparative Secured Transactions and Cross-Border Mergers & Acquisitions. He has recently completed Oxford University's Effective Online Tutoring Course, and has also participated in and completed, the UCL Student Mentoring Scheme and the UCL Programme for Law Teachers.
